Jim is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he excels at making complex insurance matters easy for Philadelphia customers. He is always happy to talk to customers about anything, especially managing the risks of everyday life with options like auto and home coverage, recovering from the unexpected, and realizing their dreams. Garrett Gallagher

Garrett Gallagher has been a key part of Paul Hoffman’s team since 2017, holding licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A proud local, he attended St Joe’s Prep and is a graduate of the newly named Jefferson University. After college, Garrett worked in Boston and New York before moving back to Philadelphia and working with the Philadelphia PBA providing life insurance. His favorite part of the job is speaking with policyholders about the protection and advantages of life insurance. When not at the office, Garrett enjoys spending time with his family and friends and supporting the local sports teams.

Libby joined Paul Hoffman’s State Farm agency in March 2022. She was born in Charleston, South Carolina, and attended high school in York County, PA. Libby became licensed in Property and Casualty insurance & Life and Health insurance after graduating from Temple University. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the customers we insure and helping them figure out their insurance needs through all stages of life, whether it’s for auto, home, or life coverage. When not at the Philadelphia office, Libby can be found painting or doing anything artistic.

Bobby joined Paul Hoffman’s State Farm agency in June 2024. Born in Lower Bucks, he attended Bucks County Technical High School, where he studied automotive repair. After graduation, Bobby immediately entered the workforce selling vehicles, allowing him to pursue his passion for cars and stay connected to the automotive world. Eventually, he transitioned into the insurance industry and feels like he has found his calling. Bobby’s favorite part of any job is the opportunity to help those in need, whether through securing essential auto insurance or other policies. His passion for assisting people is just as strong as his love for working on cars. When he’s not working, Bobby enjoys spending time with his children and family, attending sporting events or concerts, or exploring the beautiful city of Philadelphia.

She’s currently a remote service representative residing in Mitchell, SD. Nicole graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University with a Business degree with an emphasis in Finance. Her favorite part of the job is the opportunity to help those in need, providing support and assistance with their auto, home, and life insurance policies.
